STS Operating System (XOS)

The XOS is a complete Lean deployment and roadmap within the management strategy that focuses on the planning and execution of tying together present-day capabilities and developing customized actions to deliver the future state that will impact strategic goals. Many organizations can identify what they want to accomplishment.  The STS Lean deployment model helps your organization develop a customized plan to accomplish those goals.

The first step in Lean deployment is to develop strategic goals. The STS approach follows the discovery and development of SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound). For the time-bound element, long-term strategies are typically multi-year, but usually no longer than three to five years.  The XOS provides a step-by-step planning guide for specific lean deployment results.
