Justin is part of the STS Future Program, which identifies top talent to ensure the company’s development of future leadership. Justin's background is tactically focused on safety and quality improvement, lean training, and manufacturing flow design. Value-stream creation and analysis is a key component of Justin’s expertise. 

 

Justin’s focus is on lean applications and six sigma analysis with respect to end-to-end solutions. Justin's primary activities will be based around delivering measurable continuous improvement results.

 

Prior to joining STS, Justin’s roles included Continuous Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Test Engineer, and Test Lab Manager.
