Charles' consulting expertise is focused on delivering bottom line lean continuous improvement initiatives, cost savings and reducing non-value-added processes to various manufacturing and transactional activities.

Earning a Six Sigma Black Belt, Charles has led numerous Kaizen initiatives and implemented process improvements including TPM and OEE, delivering productivity gains and cost reductions.  He has supply chain streamlining implementation experience throughout the source, make and deliver platform.  In the order-to-cash value stream, Charles has accounts payable lead time reduction expertise. Charles has contributed to transforming operations processes into a competitive advantage. He has developed and delivered company-wide training supporting the operations management plan in process.

Prior to joining STS, Charles’ roles included Value Stream Manager, Business Process Consultant, Actuarial Analyst, Operations Manager, and Operations Training Manager.  ​
